Stamina, Timing and Energy: A Diet Plan for Men
Performance is not just a pill. The things that affect it most are sleep, smoking, weight, blood pressure and blood sugar, and all five come down to daily habits. Below is the plan, built from ordinary Pakistani food, along with the parts nobody says out loud.
What actually affects performance?
Sleep comes first. After five hours of sleep no food or supplement works properly, because the body does its repairs and makes its hormones while you sleep. Seven to eight hours, at the same time each night.
Second is smoking, and the link is direct: cigarettes narrow the blood vessels and reduce circulation. Intimate performance depends entirely on that circulation. Stop, and the difference shows within a few months.
Third is weight, particularly around the middle, and fourth is stress. The fifth matters most: if the problem keeps coming back, it is often an early sign of diabetes, blood pressure or heart trouble. That is not shameful, it is the body signalling, and a simple test settles it.
Your daily plan
- 2 eggs
- 1–2 roti or porridge
- 1 glass of milk
- 4–5 almonds or walnuts
- A banana or dates
- Or a handful of nuts
- 2 roti or rice
- Chicken, meat or fish
- Salad and yogurt
- Green tea or milk
- Chickpeas or makhana
- 1–2 roti
- Vegetables and protein
- 1 glass of milk before bed
Do this
- Sleep 7 to 8 hours at a regular time. Nothing else on this list matters as much.
- Stop smoking. Circulation takes months to recover, but the change is real.
- Walk or exercise lightly 3 to 4 days a week. What is good for the heart is good for performance.
- Reduce belly fat. Excess weight affects both hormones and circulation.
- Check blood sugar and blood pressure once a year, even with no symptoms.
Avoid this
- Unbranded "timing" pills from the bazaar. They often contain hidden medicine that drops blood pressure.
- Late nights, then complaining about tiredness all day.
- Heavy smoking, and tea straight after every meal.
- Hiding the problem. If it keeps returning, a qualified doctor is the right answer, not a hakeem.

Frequently asked questions
Does food alone make a difference?
Food is the base but not enough on its own. Sleep, smoking and weight matter more than food does. Work on all three together.
How long before I notice anything?
Once sleep and food improve, most men feel a difference in energy within 2 to 3 weeks. It varies from person to person.
What if the problem keeps coming back?
That is often an early sign of diabetes, blood pressure or a thyroid problem. Get tested and see a qualified doctor. A supplement cannot take their place.
