When you place an order on NuveLife, you will receive an order confirmation. Orders are processed once the required details are verified. We reserve the right to confirm orders by phone or WhatsApp before dispatch. Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase, which is accepted once we confirm and dispatch your items.

2. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information at checkout, including a valid delivery address and phone number. You are responsible for being available to receive your order and for any details provided during the order process. NuveLife products are wellness and lifestyle products and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

3. Payment Terms

We accept Cash on Delivery and advance payment. Delivery charges depend on the payment method selected: full advance payment qualifies for free delivery, partial advance payment carries a Rs. 150 charge, and Cash on Delivery carries a Rs. 300 charge. All advance payments are processed securely.

4. Website Usage Rules
