Delivery Areas
We deliver all over Pakistan. With warehouses located in multiple cities, we are able to dispatch and deliver orders efficiently to both major cities and other areas.
Delivery Time
- Major Cities: 3–4 business days
- Other Areas: 4–6 business days
Delivery times are estimates calculated from the date of order confirmation and may vary slightly due to courier schedules, weather, or public holidays.
Shipping Charges
- Full payment in advance: FREE delivery
- Partial advance payment: Rs. 150 delivery charges
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Rs. 300 delivery charges
Tracking Information
Once your order is dispatched, you can check its status anytime on our Order Tracking page using your order number and phone number, or by contacting our support team on WhatsApp.
Failed Delivery Procedure
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, our courier partner will typically re-attempt delivery or contact you to reschedule. Please ensure your phone is reachable and your address is accurate. If an order is returned to us due to repeated failed attempts or an incorrect address, our support team will contact you to arrange re-delivery. For Cash on Delivery orders, repeated failed deliveries may affect future COD eligibility.
